Statistics: Style Identity Celebrates Three Years!!!
Three years (more precisely three years and one month) have passed since I’ve received my first client. I want to thank everyone who has supported Style Identity over the past 3 years, particularly my clients. Thank you for trusting me with your time and your beauty.
Because I love statistics and because I have shared them before (year one, year two), let’s have a look at a couple of pie charts ;-).
Colour Types
Let’s start broadly. What was the distribution of my clients’ Colour Types across the 4 Seasons, i.e. Springs, Summers, Autumns and Winters? Autumns were the most frequent in my studio, closely followed by Winters. Springs were the least represented over the past 3 years.
When it comes to tonal directions, let’s compare and contrast the opposites: Cool types were more frequent than Warm types, Soft were more frequent than Bright and Deep were more frequent than Light Colour Types.
Finally, let’s have a look at the representation of the 12 Colour Types in my studio. Deep / Dark Autumn clients were the largest group followed by Deep / Dark Winters and Soft Autumns.
There is only one Colour Type that I haven’t met in my studio yet - the Bright / Clear Spring. Some believe it is one of the rarest Colour Types, particularly in this geographical location. Let’s see if I meet a Bright / Clear Spring in the second half of 2022. Fingers crossed!
Colour Fans
What take-home colour fans were the most popular among clients? Have a look at the chart below!
Image Archetypes
Most of my clients belong to the Dramatic Family (Dramatic, Soft Dramatic, Dramatic Ethereal). Image Archetypes from the Classic and Romantic Families were least represented.
Demographics
Men used to be over 20% of my clients, however, they currently represent only 13% of my clients. Ladies, please don’t forget to send your husbands, boyfriends, sons and brothers to Style Identity ;-).
The age bracket is very wide - some of my clients are (PhD) students, some have already reached their retirement age. As their age varies, so do their professions - researchers, financial industry specialists, teachers, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers... People from all walks of life. If there is anything my clients have in common, it is a high level of perfectionism and curiosity.
Let’s see what the following 12 months bring! Thank you for reading my blog!!!
